The MyMBGD top page consists of the following sections:

(1) Return to the MBGD top page
(2) Edit your user account information
(3) Import your genome data
(4) Result Manager, where you can check and manage intermediate analysis results
(5) Genome Annotation by Ortholog Group Assignment: in this mode, genes in your data will be assigned the existing ortholog groups in MBGD
(6) Ortholog Clustering: in this mode, ortholog grouping will be performed from the beginning using your data and selected genomes in MBGD
