1. Click on "create ortholog table" on the top page
   
   
   
2. Click on "Execute Analysis"
   
   
   
3. Enter analysis options, and click on "select public genome" to select the genome to be compared
   
   
   
4. Select the genome to be compared
   
   
   
5. The result is displayed
